I returned the shoes because they were so large my food wouldn’t stay in. Also the back seemed to be made of cheap material.

This was a disappointing purchase — the shoes were too big and didn’t provide arch support.

I ordered 5-1/2, ladies, Medium Width. The shoes left over an inch gap between my heel and the interior heel of the shoe. the tops were a bit frayed, suggesting the shoes had been worn. This was supported by light but obvious wear on the bottom of one show. Zappos were very good about returns, however.
